This specialist team advises clients from all backgrounds in all aspects of “private client” work. We can assist clients when they wish to make Wills or prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney. We also offer a sensitive and practical approach to dealing with the administration of probate and matters relating to public guardianship and trustee work.

Fees:

Charging rates are between £115-£185 per hour depending on the experience of the fee earner involved.
Billing arrangements are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow for the flexibility of monthly accounts, fixed fees (where appropriate) and retainers.
