For advice with:

Inheritance and other personal tax planning, will preparation, probate services and estate administration, public guardianship matters, enduring powers of attorney, trust fund management.

Fees:

Charging rates are between £115-£185 per hour depending on the experience of the fee earner involved.

Billing arrangements are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow for the flexibility of monthly accounts, fixed fees (where appropriate) and retainers.

Jim heads up the firm’s private client department which deals with residential property and wills, probate, trusts and tax.
