Fees:

Charging rates are between £155-£200 per hour depending on the experience of the fee earner involved.

Billing arrangements are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow for the flexibility of monthly accounts and retainers to suit our client’s individual circumstances.

David Potts
David is the head of the firm's dispute resolution and commercial litigation department. He is responsible for all non-construction areas of commercial dispute resolution and litigation within the firm having joined Hacking Ashton in 1985. He specialises in insolvency litigation, professional negligence, partnership disputes and issues relating to product liability.

Malcolm Hacking
Malcolm is a member within the firm’s dispute resolution and commercial litigation department. He joined the firm in 1980 having previously worked in the construction industry. He specialises in the area of construction disputes and is a qualified arbitrator, a registered adjudicator and a CEDR accredited mediator.
