Services:
This is an area of our
practice which continues to grow. Whether you are an employer
or an employee we can advise you on how best to deal with employment
situations before they become contentious but we can also advise
you, assist you and represent you at employment tribunals where
matters have reached that stage.
Fees:
Charging rates are between
£150-£200 per hour depending on the experience of
the fee earner involved.
Billing arrangements
are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow
for the flexibility of monthly accounts and retainers to suit
our client’s individual circumstances.

Robert Ashton
Bob specialises in corporate deals and corporate
finance. He was a founding partner of Hacking Ashton in 1978.
He also has wide experience of employment law and sits as a part-time
chairman of the Employment Tribunals.
