This is a growing area
of our practice and the department deals with both contentious
and non-contentious employment matters. Taking a pro-active approach
advice can be given to clients on implementing preventative procedures
and keeping them updated on new legislation likely to have an
impact on their businesses. litigation, professional negligence,
partnership disputes and issues relating to product liability.

Fees
Charging rates are between
£150-£200 per hour depending on the experience of
the fee earner involved.
Billing arrangements
are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow
for the flexibility of monthly accounts and retainers to suit
our clients’ individual circumstances.

Robert Ashton
Bob specialises in corporate deals and corporate
finance. He was a founding partner of Hacking Ashton in 1978.
He also has wide experience of employment law and sits as a part-time
chairman of the Employment Tribunals.
