Fees:

Charging rates are between £150-£200 per hour depending on the experience of the fee earner involved.

Billing arrangements are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow for the flexibility of monthly accounts, fixed fees (where appropriate) and retainers.

Lewis is responsible for corporate deals and corporate finance together with commercial property work as head of the commercial property department.
Previously a member of the British Antarctic Survey, Lewis joined the firm in 1999.

Robert Bailey
Rob is a Member in the company commercial department having joined the firm in 2004. He maintains extensive contacts within the local and regional business communities and has the responsibility for commercial deals and deal origination.

Mohammed Akram
Akram is a Member within the company commercial department having originally joined the firm as a trainee in 2001. Before retraining as a Solicitor Akram founded and successfully ran a property related business in Birmingham.

Robert Ashton
Bob is the Senior Member of the firm specialising in corporate deals and corporate finance. He was a founding partner of Hacking Ashton in 1978. He also has wide experience of employment law and sits as a part-time chairman of the Employment Tribunals.
