Fees
Charging rates are between
£155-£185 per hour depending on the experience of
the fee earner involved.
Billing arrangements
are agreed at the outset of each transaction and usually allow
for the flexibility of monthly accounts and retainers to suit
our client’s individual circumstances.

Lewis Griffiths
Lewis is responsible
for corporate deals and corporate finance together with commercial
property work as head of the commercial property department.
Previously a member of the British Antarctic Survey, Lewis joined
the firm in 1999.

Tania McGee
Tania is the member responsible for the Commercial Property department and liaising with our planning team on all aspects of development work. An avid theatre goer, Tania joined the firm in 2004.

Carl Copestake
Carl is the Director of Planning and has some 14 years of experience of both the public and private sectors. Following graduation from London in 1993, Carl worked for Stoke-on-Trent City Council (both development control and project delivery) and left to join the private sector in 2000.
