New appointments at Hacking Ashton
Leading North Staffordshire solicitors Hacking Ashton LLP has embraced growing confidence in the property market with the announcement of two new appointments.
Simon Dixon has joined Hacking Ashton’s company commercial litigation department and Katie Nixon has joined the private client conveyancing team.
Dixon is originally from Derry in Northern Ireland. After studying law at Southampton he went on to complete a year at the college of law in London before qualifying in 2009.
He will work alongside members of the company commercial litigation team dealing with a portfolio of small to medium size commercial clients based throughout the UK.
Nixon studied at Staffordshire University where she graduated in LLP and LPC. She completed her contract training at Hacking Ashton before taking six months off to travel the world. With the upturn in the housing market she has returned to join the private client conveyancing team.
Senior partner Jim Hickey said: “We are delighted to have Simon and Katie on board. As the economy moves out of recession and new business opportunities open up, we need to be in a position to offer our clients the best possible service. Our new appointments will enable us to continue to do just that.”
